Obama's Ancestors May Have Owned Slaves--BIG DEAL!

Big deal! My American ancestors did own slaves. So, perhaps did Bush's and Al Sharpton's, as did the ancestors of many other really nice people.

This is America, folks. Slavery is part of our heritage. Let's deal with it constructively, not as a taunt.

Pickings must be slim, indeed, if that's all they can come up with to smear Obama. First they cast aspersions on his primary school, now this.

Here's a proposal: No one whose ancestors owned slaves in the Americas can run for President of the United States.
